  • 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • Bodyweight challenge
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 lunges
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 rocking calf raises
  • 150 push-ups
  • Min 100 reps abs (138 today)

How I split the day:

  • 10 rounds: 25 single-unders / 10 pull-ups
  • 5 rounds: 50 single-unders / 30 push-ups
  • 10 rounds: 25 single-unders / 10 air squats
  • 5 rounds: 50 single-unders / 20 lunges / 20 calf raises
  • 100 calorie bike / 2 mile run
  • 3 rounds: 12 knee raise / 6 leg raise / 2 round the worlds
  • 3 rounds: 6 roll-outs / 20 crunch

Updates: I still feel pretty awful; however, I feel better than I did yesterday. I know I had low calories yesterday, but I think the much higher protein helped out a lot. Anyway, I'm going to split up my day like I have done on previous days with a much higher intestity approach.

Full day of eating

Coronavirus Update:

There has been talks of gyms opening up in a few weeks now; however, with this virus still having spikes & the main reason for opening up seems to be for business recovery (which I completely understand, people have to feed themselves & the economy needs to recover), I will stay away from the gyms for a while until I feel like we can all train in a fully safe environment.
