08.07.20 - Day 10 Bodyweight & Cardio challenge

Today is day 10 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.

  • Cardio challenge
  • 2 mile run
  • 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • Bodyweight challenge
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 lunges
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 rocking calf raises
  • 150 push-ups
  • Min 100 reps abs (150 today)
  • Day 10 highlights:

How I split the day:

  • 2 mile run / 1,000 single-unders / 100 calorie bike
  • 100 pull-ups / 150 push-ups / 100 air squats / 100 lunges / 100 calf raises
  • 3 rounds: 20 crunch / 20 bicycle kicks / 10 knee raise

Updates: I knew it would finally come & today is the day. I feel awful, every muscle in my body is fatigued/ sore & I'm exhausted, but I will split the day differently, because I will not fail. I don't know whether this is due to the workouts, the lower calories or the intermittent fasting.

Full day of eating

This week I'm trying out some intermittent fasting, just to see if I feel any difference.

Coronavirus Update:

There has been talks of gyms opening up in a few weeks now; however, with this virus still having spikes & the main reason for opening up seems to be for business recovery (which I completely understand, people have to feed themselves & the economy needs to recover), I will stay away from the gyms for a while until I feel like we can all train in a fully safe environment.
