Today I still did my run & a short HIIT session; however, I took a recovery day for weight training.
We also got our new Renpho scale today, so I tested it out & got the results I feared. It's all looking fairly good other than the 15.3% body fat. At least this gives me good room for progress.
Looking at the picture of me from January 1st I think it's safe to assume that I was probably close to 16.5% at the time, so I think I'm on track, but we will see soon enough.
I'll do another check-in when I do my phyisque update at some point in February.
I will do an update on how my resolutions are going & my physique somewhere near the beginning of each month.

We are in lockdown 3.0. It's been said to last 6 weeks, but I'm guessing this will be extended.
