Today is day 8 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.

  • Cardio challenge
  • 2 mile run
  • 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • Bodyweight challenge
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 lunges
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 rocking calf raises
  • 150 push-ups
  • Min 100 reps abs (180 today)
  • Day 8 highlights:

 

How I split the day:

  • 10 rounds: 10 pull-ups / 15 push-ups / 50 single-unders
  • 10 rounds: 10 air squats / 10 lunges / 10 calf raises / 50 single-unders
  • 100 cal bike / 2 mile run
  • 3 rounds: 20 crunches / 20 bicycle kicks / 20 band crunch

 

Updates: Today was another good day. I managed to get all of the work done fairly early & didn't have to stress about completing anything towards the end of the day.

Coronavirus Update:

As of July 4th things will start returning to normal in the UK; however, gyms will not be reopening & there is no news as to when this will be. So, for now I will continue training in the garden. But things are starting to look up (so long as there isn't a second spike).
