Today is day 8 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.
How I split the day:
Updates: Today was another good day. I managed to get all of the work done fairly early & didn't have to stress about completing anything towards the end of the day.

As of July 4th things will start returning to normal in the UK; however, gyms will not be reopening & there is no news as to when this will be. So, for now I will continue training in the garden. But things are starting to look up (so long as there isn't a second spike).
