Today is day 7 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.
How I split the day:
Updates: Today I left things until quite late, but I managed to get in the work, fuelled 100% by the roast dinner.
Today we had a roast dinner and I didn't bother with tracking everything, so I'm asuming again my day was over 3,000 calories.
As of July 4th things will start returning to normal in the UK; however, gyms will not be reopening & there is no news as to when this will be. So, for now I will continue training in the garden. But things are starting to look up (so long as there isn't a second spike).
