For whatever reason I am struggling to do muscle group workouts in the garden/ indoors, but I am really enjoying the CrossFit training so I will push this as much as possible until the gyms reopen.

  • Cardio & stretching:
  • 30 min walk
  • Back stretches x 10
  • Warmup
  • 21-15-9
  • Jumping jacks / push ups / air squats
  • 5 rounds:
  • 25 jumping jacks / 10 jumping lunges / 5 burpees
  • 5 rounds:
  • Forward & back cone runs / shuttle runs / 50 high knees / 50 keepie ups
  • Filthy 50 (dip style):
  • 50 wall jumps / 50 dips / 50 plate swings / 50 walking lunges steps / 50 knees to elbows / 50 push press / 50 back extends / 50 wall balls / 50 burpees / 50 single under's
  • Love on repeat:
  • 300m run / 30 clean & jerk / 300m run / 30 plate swings / 300m run / 30 plate snatch / 300m run / 30 burpees / 300m run / 30 goblet thrusters / 300m run

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
