04.07.20 - Day 6 Bodyweight & Cardio challenge

Today is day 6 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.

  • Cardio challenge
  • 2 mile run
  • 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • Bodyweight challenge
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 lunges
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 rocking calf raises
  • 150 push-ups
  • Min 100 reps abs (120 today)

 

How I split the day:

  • 3 mile run (did an extra mile as I didn't have access to a bike today) / 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 pull-ups / 150 push-ups / 100 rocking calf raises / 100 lunges / 100 air squats / 60 crunches / 60 bicycle kicks

 

Updates: I was away for a lot of the day today as we are now able to visit people not from our own household. So I took some time to do some exercise. I'm still feeling strong albeit a little tired.

Coronavirus Update:

As of July 4th things will start returning to normal in the UK; however, gyms will not be reopening & there is no news as to when this will be. So, for now I will continue training in the garden. But things are starting to look up (so long as there isn't a second spike).
