New Year, New Body.

Yeah yeah, we hear it all the time.

Well it's been a while. Got some great presents at Christmas (including a new fitness tracker & gym equipment).

Now it's time to start cracking the New Years resolutions, it's basically to get fitter.

Oh, before I forget, I did a chest workout today.
