Today I was juggling work & trying to do some more on the new gym whilst also wanting to get in some form of activity, so I did a bit back work & cardio.

  • Les Mills Sprint #4 ( miles)
  • Bike additional 2.5 miles
  • 1,500 single-unders
  • Workout - 4 sets of each:
  • Landmine row / db shrugs / db row / band lat pull / band row / chin-ups / pull-ups
  • Stretch & Recovery
  • 20 mins Compex machine
  • 10 mins foam rollers
  • 10 mins stretching

Coronavirus Update:

The gyms are now open & I could train in them if I desired; however, as you know I've decided not to go to the gym for a while, trying to minimise the risk. I've started building a gym at home & will continue to workout in there once the weather turns bad.
