30.06.20 - Day 2 Bodyweight & Cardio challenge

Today is day 2 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.

  • Cardio challenge
  • 2 mile run
  • 1,000 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • Bodyweight challenge
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 walking lunges
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 rocking calf raises
  • 150 push-ups
  • Min 100 reps abs (200 today)

How I split the day:

  • 2 mile run
  • 10 rounds: 10 pull-ups / 15 push-ups / 10 air squats / 10 lunges / 100 single-unders
  • 100 calorie bike
  • 2 x 50 rocking calf rasies
  • 5 rounds: 10 knee raise / 10 roll-outs / 20 band crunch

Updates: Again, I found today rather tax-free. I'm sure it will start to catch up with me soon as I could feel some soreness starting to kick-in towards the end of the exercises.

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
