Today is day 4 of my bodyweight & cardio challenge.

Updates: Today I split the day in a very different way just to allow certain areas a little recovery, but I still completed all activity & felt pretty good overall, again.

As of July 4th things will start returning to normal in the UK; however, gyms will not be reopening & there is no news as to when this will be. So, for now I will continue training in the garden. But things are starting to look up (so long as there isn't a second spike).
