Improvising a full chest day.

Today's main focus points were: Chest & cardio.

I spent some time creating improvised/ restricted equipment workouts for each group. Here is my chest workout.

UPDATE: I uploaded the video with the wrong date, but it doesn't matter too much!

  • 3 rounds of:
  • 50 single unders
  • 10 push ups
  • 50 single unders
  • 10 air squats
  • 50 single unders
  • 20 calf raises
  • Chest day:
  • 6 x 12/16 - Bench press
  • 4 x 25 - Mid band fly
  • 4 x 10 - Incline press
  • 4 x 25 - Low band fly
  • 4 x 12 - Laying DB press
  • 4 x 25 - High band fly
  • 4 x 15 - Laying plate press
  • 4 x 25 - Laying DB fly
  • Cardio:
  • 20mins bike
  • 10mins skipping
  • 10mins football
  • 30mins walking

Full day of eating

Salmon, scrambeled eggs & seeded bread.

Almond milk, vegan protein powder & banana x 2.

Chicken & veg stir fry.

Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Garlic extract, Vitamin D with Calcium & Creatine.

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
