27.04.20 - CrossFit & arms

Today was the first day of the new diet. I also did some CrossFit workouts and wrapped the day up with an arms session.

  • Cardio:
  • 250cal bike
  • 30 minute walk
  • CrossFit:
  • Helen: 5rounds: 400m run / 30 wall jumps / 30 wall balls
  • 5 rounds: 240m run / 30 plate swings / 28 plate walking lunges
  • 5 rounds: 400m run / 30 air squats / 30 jumping jacks
  • 5 rounds: 20 rope swings / 30 high knees / 10 burpees
  • 5 rounds: 100 skipping / 15 push ups / 10 plate cleans
  • Back:
  • Barbell curl x 4
  • Reverse barbell curl x 4
  • Plate hammer curl x 4
  • Concentration curl x 4
  • Overhead plate extend x 4
  • Skull crush x 4
  • Plate press x 4
  • DB overhead extend x 4

Full day of eating

Oats, seeds & blueberries + Tropical juice

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
