Back doing what I love

It's not really 'back doing what I love' as I never really took any time off; however, anyone who has followed any of my posts before may know that I've had to do variations on movements due to back injuries I've previously incurred.

This doesn't seem to be as much on an issue anymore and the physio exercises I have been given are starting to work. This means I'm less restricted with the movements I'm able to perform.

Anyway, to the point, today was arm day and I got a filthy good pump. I decided to visit one of my old gyms for a little bit of a change up!
