24.04.20 - Back & Crossfit

I hit 7 CrossFit workouts & then a back workout.

  • Cardio:
  • 30 minute walk
  • CrossFit:
  • 4 rounds of: 400m run / 12 squats / 12 lunges
  • 3 rounds of: 10 cal bike / 12 push ups / 12 dips
  • 3 rounds of: 2 shuttle runs / 2 sprints / 20 jumping jacks
  • 3 rounds of: 240m run / 12 push press / 12 cleans
  • 4 rounds of: 20 rope swings / 20 high knees / 10 burpees
  • Daniel: 50 dips / 400m run / 21 thrusters / 800m run / 21 thrusters / 400m run / 50 dips
  • 4 round of: 100 skipping / 20 plate swings / 12 plate lunges
  • Back:
  • DB row x 4
  • Laying row x 4
  • Shrugs x 4
  • Pull ups x 4

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
