Hey 👋, it's been a while! In fact it's been 251 days since my last post.
Lots of things have changed since January: COVID restrictions have mostly been lifted, I've had both my jabs, I caught COVID (I was one of the lucky people that didn't get particularly ill), my best friend (my dog Saffie) passed away a few months ago and my partner of 4 years left me a couple of months ago. It's been a rollercoaster year, but things are looking up and it's time to move forward and push for my goals.
At the moment I'm training in a fairly hybrid style; I'm training for my marathon as well as trying to keep my weight training at a good level.
Most restrictions have been lifted.
