22.05.20 - Stretching, Cardio & Compex Machine

Well after absolutely smashing those 3 days my body is absolutely buggered. I'm going to spend today doing mostly cardio based exercise, add in some gentle workouts & use my Compex machine to aid recovery.

I'm also not going to track my food toady, but will from tomorrow. I'm still going to aim for a deficit as I will conciously be mindful of what I eat.

  • 3 mile run
  • 30 min walk
  • 40 mins football
  • Workout
  • 50 plate swings
  • Compex
  • 20 mins feet stimulation
  • 20 mins atrophy calf stimulation


Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
