19.06.20 - Shoulders & Community Fitness

Smashed out some shoulder focused exercises & then push some full body movements. Keeping the calories high for back recovery.

  • 10 rounds of each:
  • 10 pull-ups / 100 single-unders
  • 2 min rest
  • 20 push-ups / 100 single-unders
  • 2 min rest
  • 30 air squats / 100 single-unders
  • 3 rounds of each:
  • military press / clean & jerk / push press / side raise / front raise / arnold press / scott press
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • snatch / push press / goblet squat / snatch / push press
  • 3 rounds:
  • 100 jumping jacks / 50 push ups / 50 knee raise
  • 3 rounds:
  • 60 single-unders / 6 muscle-ups / 60 single-unders / 6 snatch / 60 single-unders / 6 push press

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
