18.06.20 - Legs

Today was a high rep leg day, I was focusing on getting a good pump at fairly low weights without causing any back problems.

  • For time:
  • 6 rounds: 100 single-unders / 20 back step lunges
  • 1 min rest
  • 6 rounds: 100 single-unders / 20 air squats
  • 3 rounds:
  • 200 single-unders / 5 front squats / 5-5 overhead walking lunges / 10 plate by side walking lunges
  • 3 rounds:
  • 200 single-unders / 20 plate swings / 10 db snatch
  • 3 rounds:
  • 200 single-unders / 5 RDL / 10 knee raise / 5 cleans / 5 T2B
  • 3 rounds:
  • 200 single-unders / 5 cleans / 5 push press / 5 muscle-ups

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
