My 60 day transformation

19 March 2020 - 17 May 2020

So, I'm actually really happy with my progress. I was feeling a little bit uncertain about it all, but once I took the pictures & compared them to the day 1 & day 30, I relaised that I'm exactly where I wanted to be at this stage.

Sure, I have definately had transformations happen quicker, but these were never sustainable nor enjoyable, whereas everything about this process so far has been fun & I'm not feeling like quiting anytime soon.

I think this progression rate will be perfect for me to be in my best shape by about day 120 which will put me into mid July.

So below are my update pictures compared to my original ones too.

Front - Day 1 - 19 March

Back - Day 1 - 19 March

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
