Going for those short & light workouts again, but still trying to push myself hard enough to see those benefits.

  • 3 rounds:
  • 100 single-unders / 10 pull-ups / 10 push-ups / 10 air squats / 10 split squats / 10 knee raise
  • For time:
  • 25 burpees / 100 air squats / 25 burpees / 75 push-ups / 25 burpees / 50 pull-ups
  • 3 rounds:
  • 20 plate snatch / 70 single-unders
  • 3 rounds:
  • 12 bench press @ 70kg / 8 cleans @ 30kg / 10 push press @ 30kg / 50 single-unders
  • 2 rounds:
  • 40 plate swings / 40 toes-to-bar / 40 goblet squats / 40 push ups / 2 minute rest
  • 3 rounds:
  • 500 single-unders / 5 muscle-ups
  • 3 rounds:
  • 8 jumping squats / 5 burpee pull ups / 7 snatch / 30 plate swings / 50 single-unders

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
