14.06.20 - Short workouts

You may have noticed I've had a few days off, this has been due to a slight niggle in my back, there's still some tension there, but I feel like I need to get something in for the next few days. So I'm going to push some lighweight short workouts over the next few days and eat enough food to help my body recover.

  • 3 rounds:
  • 10 thrusters @ 30kg / 30 single-unders / 10 squat cleans @ 30kg / 30 single-unders
  • 3 rounds:
  • 10 chin ups / 50 single-unders / 5 toes-to-bar / 50 single-unders
  • 3 rounds:
  • 20 walking lunges / 10 air squats / 10 snatch @ 30kg / 50 single-unders


Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can achieve just with pure will power.
