Well yesterday I went for the 2k active calories and I actually feel pretty good, so today I'll go for 1.5k and see how I feel tomorrow.

I actually ended up actively buring more calories than I consumed, so this probably needs to be rectified today, but I will aim to keep a decent deficit still.

  • Cardio & stretching:
  • 7.5 mile run
  • 30 min walk
  • 3-3-4-4-5-5-6-6-7-7 Alternating arms
  • Overhead single arm squat @ 5kg
  • 5 rounds:
  • 100su / 5 burpees / 25 jumping jacks
  • 15 rounds:
  • 10-10 plate squats @ 5kg / 20 dips / 20 cal bike
  • 21-15-9 x 3
  • Clean & Jerk
  • @ 20kg
  • 21-15-9 x 3
  • Bench press
  • @ 70kg

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
