Today was just about hitting as many high quality reps as possible

  • Cardio
  • 45 minute swim
  • 1,500 single-unders
  • Upper Body
  • 3 sets of each: weighted push-ups x 20 / floor db press x 12 / single arm push-press x 12 / side raise x 12 / weighted pull-ups x 10 / db shrugs x 20 / db hammer curl / ez bar curl / ez bar skull crush / overhead db extend / knee raises x 12 / crunches x 20
  • Lower Body
  • 3 sets of each: air squats x 10 / overhead walking lunges x 20 / weighted lunges x 20 / db RDL x 10 / weighted calf raises
  • Stretch & Recovery
  • 20 mins Compex machine
  • 10 mins Massage
  • 10 mins stretch

Coronavirus Update:

There has been talks of gyms opening up in a few weeks now; however, with this virus still having spikes & the main reason for opening up seems to be for business recovery (which I completely understand, people have to feed themselves & the economy needs to recover), I will stay away from the gyms for a while until I feel like we can all train in a fully safe environment.
