Today was a pretty high intensity day. I did my standard cardio & chest workout, but then added a good amount of small HIIT sessions after.
I will do an update on how my resolutions are going & my physique somewhere near the beginning of each month.

We are in lockdown 3.0. It's been said to last 6 weeks, but I'm guessing this will be extended.
