I am pretty sure that today I didn't stop moving.

  • 3 rounds of:
  • 20 x Banded crunch
  • 12 x Hanging knee raise
  • 20 x Crunch
  • 20 x Bicycle kicks
  • 6 x Roll outs
  • 10 rounds of each:
  • 50 skipping/ 12 plate hammers/ 12 overhead plate extend
  • 50 skipping/ 12 laying skull crush/ 6 clean & press
  • 50 skipping/ 12 push ups/ 12 plate press
  • 50 skipping/ 2 Turkish get ups/ 12 reverse curls
  • 50 skipping/ 12 side raise/ 12 military press
  • 3 rounds of each:
  • 100 skipping & 2 clean'n'jerk
  • 100 skipping & 6 deadlifts
  • 100 skipping & 1-1-1-1 deadlift, clean, push press, front squat

Coronavirus

Unfortunately I will not be able to train at gyms for the foreseeable, this is due to COVID-19 & the government are closing all gyms in the interest of us all. Social distancing is very important at this moment in time so I will be following these guidelines and training from home.

This does; however, mean that my training will take a knock and the schedule will have to change, but this is where we find out what we're made of and what we can acheive just with pure will power.
